Leslie's Farewall Party & Comment

昨天，為Leslie舉辦了一個小型Farewall Party！看見他好感動哦！哈哈~雖然跟Leslie相處時間說長不長，說短也不短！畢竟大家共事了半年，老實說多多少少也會不捨得啦！我們department也拍了一些照片，暫時不在我手中，等我拿到再貼上吧！

Anyway,希望他去到另一個公司會有更好的前途，一路順風！

昨天，我們Department也開會商討如何增加成為Good Service and Good Productivity！因為我們目前位置為Good Service and Bad Productivity！哈哈~

看見無論是L1 or L2 既然為了加強Productivity，L1 and L2都很合作！這個是我喜歡的工作環境，無論身份多高多底都為了一個目標為一起努力！

為了不要拖累大家，我必須好好用心學好英文！我必須成為一個Good Service and Good Prodcutivity！這個是我一個小小的目標！希望，再不久將來我真的可以到達這個目標！最近公司也很忙，不停有排山到海的工作等待我去處理！不過，整個過程依然是享受中！^ ^

今天，Chin也叫我們各自進去商討！Chin給了我一個鼓勵和一些意見，他也看見我的成績和努力！他是最早一個知道這份工作是我第一份，因為是他Interview我！(不知道是否這個原因總是覺得... ... )加上又是要經常講英文對我而言無言有點壓力，不過，我看見自己有早前的經常被投訴到今天看見High 5，真的有種無形的開心感！對此，依然要繼續努力拿到更好的成績！他依然覺得我的Phone skill 不是很好，可是跟電腦溝通問題不大！他認為我的Phone skill給人很冷漠的感覺，這方面真的需要改進下！我一定會盡力去改進，再不行就要去上Phone skill class！

對於一些Troubleshooting 我還是不太懂，看來有時間真的要好好去研究下才行，再不給心機可能成績會... ...

Work Hard, Study Hard, Play Hard

Yesterday, Foo told me to get Microsoft Vista and Server 2003 exams! Foo said will Planning me to take Helpdesk examinations. Suddenly feeling the advent of a series of exams! But also to restore the feeling of going to school period, and really want to Work Hard, Study Hard and Play Hard.

More than half a year has not conducted any test again, test the advent of a sudden a little pressure on it, some more with Vista and Server may have to self study! More will feel a headache! In any case, will be study hard to take, never wishy-washy!

Foo speak Prometric Staff going to testing do not ruin other people's test center that failed in the exam deliberately inflicted on the Technical issue the focus of re-examination! Ha ha ~

It appears the next day I should become a Work ... Study ... Work ... Study ...! ? However, my cousin told me, in fact, this exam should not be difficult! Suppose within 15 minutes to complete all the questions! ? There are possible? Have some doubts

Department Dinner

Today is our department second dinner, why having this dinner? Because our VIP's came to M'sia. They are another country Manager or Our Big Big Bosses. These are David - Singapore, Paul - Korea, Alan - China, Japan, India, James - US. This is my first time meeting them. I am very nervous, because all are big big bosses.

Singapore's boss is our team director, he sit on front of me, makes me so nervous and not confident. >< after chatting with him, I noticed he is very nice and funny. 

We went to Lemon Garden Cafe at Shangri-la Hotel, this is my first time going there. 

Most funny is Paul - Korea, he talked with me about the job and some cases. Chin told him: Paul, enough! Job is end, please! Enjoy your dinner!!!

已經工作半年了！

時間真的過得很快，已經在Prometric工作半年了！回想起真的好像是不久前的事情，記得剛開始的幾個月表現真的差得無比！相信我是新人裡面投訴最多的一個，直到現在表現也開始有進步了！我相信依然還有進步的空間。

記得剛開始的3個月，真的很害怕接電話！因為很怕接了不知道他們在講什麼？加上自己的英文不是比人好！更加害怕，看見US call更加緊張！知道現在，至少那個恐懼沒有這麼嚴重，可是看見US call依然會很害怕！

記得Chin跟Foo講過一句，我記得他來面試時，他的英文沒有這麼差！為何？看見鬼佬的電話就變得。。。

那段時間，Chin經常走到我位子上講︰鬼佬電話﹑鬼佬電話！哈哈~

真的很感謝Chin and Foo給了我一個進步的空間，他們沒有特別責備或者給予什麼壓力我！讓我在唔壓力的情況下成長，真的很感謝他們一路上的指導，當然少不了 Vivienne一路上幫我解答我所遇到的其難雜症！哈哈~她就快把我給殺了！哈哈~

今天得到了US20，這個也可以所是小小的鼓勵！:D

還有很多進步空間讓我繼續，希望一年後的我，不再是被投訴的對象啦！哈哈~也可以Pick up現在還不明白或者摸索中的事物！加油！

My April Fool's Day

這麼多年來，4月1日都不會有人作弄我！真的萬萬想不到今年卻有一個無聊人士加死仔包 - Jackson 特意打電話來作弄！加上4月1日身體不是很舒服，也沒有什麼留意他正在作弄我，因為他平時都不會打電話來，今天卻突然來電，所以真的沒有想到他會特意作弄 我！他講︰我告訴你，Informatics火災哦！我講︰真的嗎？我真的有點懷疑，起初還有疑心之後閑聊下又沒有去理會了！

直到星期六，跟Elina在msn閑聊後，才已經那天是4月1日，他一定是作弄你！知道後，真的覺得更想打他！這可是這麼多年來應該是第一次在4月1日讓人作弄吧！哈哈~也覺得他有點無聊，他人還在上班可是還要打電話突然作弄！實在感到無聊！哈哈~
